Itinerary for 03 days 02 nights exploring Ha Long Bay – Amanda Legend Cruise

DAY 1: HANOI – HA LONG BAY – VUNG VIENG FISHING VILLAGE

07.45-08.30: You will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transferred to Ha Long (For you booking Limousine Bus or shuttle bus only).

11:30-12:00 Upon arrival at No 12, Tuan Chau Marina, you will enjoy a warm welcome by our cruise staff in the waiting lounge and complete check-in procedure.

12:30 Upon boarding Amanda Legend Cruise, our crew welcome you with a refreshing drink and cold towel before checking into your cabin. The vessel leaves Tuan Chau Marina, taking you on an exciting journey to discover the beauty of Ha Long Bay. 

Enjoy lunch at the luxurious restaurant onboard while the cruise heads towards Vung Vieng Fishing Village.

14.30 Return to your cabin and prepare for the afternoon exploration of Vung Vieng Fishing Village.
The cruise stops at Vung Vieng Floating fishing village, a wealthy fishing village that has its reputation for culturing pearls. Here we have time to discover the life and culture of fishing people by kayaking or a traditional bamboo boat rowed by a local boatman.

17.30-18.00  Return to the boat to join the Sunset Party and cooking class while the boat moves to the anchoring point. Relax with a traditional Vietnamese tea or coffee on the sundeck while enjoying the magnificent scenery and breathtaking sunset. Ha Long Bay is peaceful by day, but even more serene and tranquil as the sun sets.
The chef will guide you how to make Vietnamese Traditional Fresh spring rolls, then you will enjoy the finished products made by their own hands.

17.30-18.30   Happy hour – BUY 2 DRINKS GET 1 FOR FREE  

19.30 Gala Dinner. Enjoy a romantic dinner outdoors (if the weather is favorable) or restaurant

20.30 After dinner, you will enjoy a peaceful view of the Bay at night on the deck. You can also participate in evening activities such as massage (subject to additional charge), herbal foot bath in your room (free of charge), fashion show traditional costumes “Footsteps of Heritage” and some drinks at Sky Bar while admiring the breathtaking view of the Bay at night and squid fishing.

The cruise ship anchors for your peaceful night stay in Cong Do area.

DAY 2: THIEN CANH SON – BA HAM LAKE

06.15  Join a Tai Chi class on the sundeck

06.30–07.00 Enjoy a light breakfast with tea, coffee, pastries, and fruit 

08.00 Explore “Thien Canh Son” Cave, which consists of three main chambers, each adorned with unique stalactites and stalagmites. Afterward, stroll along the soft white sand beach and enjoy the paradisiacal scenery of Bai Tu Long Bay

11.00 The tender will return you to the cruise to prepare for a buffet lunch at the restaurant as the cruise heads towards Ban Chan Island

11:30 After exploring Thien Canh Son Cave, return to the cruise and savor traditional Vietnamese cuisine at the onboard restaurant 

12:30 Relax in your cabin and prepare for the afternoon excursion

14.00 The cruise moves to the Ba Ham Lake area, one of the furthest points south, marking the boundary of the Ha Long Bay heritage area. Ba Ham Lake is a system of three connected sea lakes surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. The lakes are linked by narrow tunnels, creating a winding, tunnel-like passage.

To appreciate the beauty of Ba Ham Lake, visitors must wait for low tide and then paddle through the caves by bamboo boat or kayak to explore the lakes.

17.30-18.00  Join the Sunset Party and cooking class while the boat returns to its anchoring spot. Relax with traditional Vietnamese tea or coffee while admiring the magnificent scenery and sunset. Bai Tu Long Bay is quiet during the day but even more peaceful at sunset.

Our chef will guide you in making Traditional Vietnamese Fried Rolls and afterward, you will enjoy then you will enjoy the finished products made by their own hands.

The ship is anchored in a quiet area at Tien Ong Cave.

DAY 3: TITOP ISLAND/ SUNG SOT CAVE – HALONG BAY

06.15 Start your day with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck.

06.30-07.00 Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, pastries and fruits, Vietnamese pho, egg station.

07:30 Option 1: The tender will take you to visit Titop Island.

On Titop Island, you can hike to the summit to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of Ha Long Bay or swim in the clear blue waters.

Option 2: The tender will take you to explore Sung Sot Cave.

his is one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. The cave has some unique rock formations that can’t be found anywhere else. The road to the mouth of Sung Sot cave is under the foliage. Walking through steep stone steps, visitors can have the feeling of climbing the mountain and experience the excitement of stepping into the sky.

08:30-09:30 Back on the boat, you can rest in your room, sunbathe on the sundeck, take photos of Halong Bay

09:30 Check-out time

Please place your luggage outside the cabin and leave your room key at the front desk. Our staff will transfer your baggage to the waiting area.

10:00 Enjoy an early lunch buffet at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and pay the bill if any.

11:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina. 

Cycling to explore Tuan Chau Island (applied to customers using Bus) after checking out.
