Notice – Kayak Services

Regarding Temporary Suspension of Kayak Services
in Lan Ha Bay Route as Requested by the Cat Hai Special Zone People’s Committee

In compliance with Notification No. 483/TB-UBND issued by the Cat Hai Special Zone People’s Committee regarding the continued suspension of kayak services across bays within the Cat Ba Archipelago, and with the purpose of strictly adhering to legal regulations as well as ensuring absolute safety for all guests during their experiential journey, Amanda – Le Journey Cruise System respectfully informs our Valued Partners as follows:

1. Suspension of Kayak Operations
   Amanda – Le Journey hereby suspends all kayak services on the Lan Ha Bay route until further notice from the respective authorities.
2. Alternative Activity Arrangement
   To maintain the quality and completeness of the guest experience during this temporary suspension, Amanda Luxury Lan Ha Cruise and Le Journey Elegance Cruise will instead operate swimming activities in the Tra Bau area — a destination evaluated as safe, scenic, and ideal for relaxation and immersion in nature. From this point, tenders will transfer guests deeper into the ranger lagoon, visit floating swim platforms, and continue onward to Frog Pond (Ao Ech) for sightseeing and a serene appreciation of the bay’s natural beauty.
3. Effective Date
   This notice takes effect from the date of issuance and remains valid until further instructions are received from the Cat Hai Special Zone People’s Committee and relevant management authorities.
